Our company offers a 1 year parts, labor, workmanship, and defective equipment warranty on all new large equipment installs.(i.e.Furnances, Hot Water heaters, Boilers...) What this means is if for some reason you have trouble with your new equipment within the first year our technicians will come back out and fix it at no cost. After the first year the parts and labor would fall under the specific manufacturer’s warranty for what they cover, and for how long. Most do not cover labor after the first year, but do cover parts, but please remember that many manufactures require that you register the equipment within 90 days of installation and have it serviced yearly in order to keep their warranty active.
Always inquire about what warranties your equipment or part comes with, both from our company, what the manufacturer offers, and what the manufactures require to maintain their warranty. We do not install customer supplied furnaces, boilers, hot water heaters or any other equipment. Because we provide all new parts and equipment for all of our services, and do not sell retail parts and equipment, we cannot offer warranties or guarantees on parts or equipment we did not provide.
